Lawrence Whittle, CEO of Parsable looks at ways manufacturers can invest in technology for employees with STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) backgrounds. He suggests that digital, mobile-first tools are the way forward to promote greater productivity with consistent results for a generation that is well versed in instant communication.
